I know it's super silly and trivial, but I'm really sad that I didn't get a picture of me and my boy who made me a mother. This was my very first Mother's Day and I'm so grateful for my little man who made me a mom. I can't imagine a more wonderful boy and I can't imagine being able to love him more. Everything is so worth it when I see his sweet smile or hear his funny laugh. He has the most beautiful, big blue eyes that make me melt. Ooooo I love that kid.
We did get a picture of him with my mom (and youngest sister) on my mom's first Mother's Day as a grandma!
I did get one picture, that didn't turn out so well, of me and mi madre. She's a great listener, very patient, and is very level-headed. I appreciate her sooo much more since having Landon and amazed that she could raise, and is still raising, 7 kids. Wow! She's a very kind and loving woman. I'm so lucky to call her mom.
As a make-up day we took some pictures a week later on a RAINY day. Of course it rains when I finally straighten my hair!

I missed the first Mothers' Day picture too and it was really a bummer. At least you got one pretty close! I guess I'm just glad that photo proof doesn't realllly matter in the end - I'll always be a mommy!
Aw, thanks sweetheart! It's been a pleasure and a privilege to be your mother and I would do it all again if I could. You are a terrific mom to Landon! I love you!
